Angela first introduction to yoga didn’t come easily. She believes that yoga found her or perhaps helped her find herself again. This practice helped her find an anchor and something to come back to. Angela was seeking deeper connection and awareness to life and yoga helped her open those doors. It was the spiritual practice that lead her to leave everything and travel to Bali in 2016 to pursue her 200HRS Vinyasa Krama Training. In 2018 she also undertook a 40Hrs Yin training with Jamie Lee in Montreal. Angela practices and teaches Vinyasa yoga and lately started to practice Ashtanga Yoga.
