When Anthony’s wife introduced him to hot yoga in 2007 he found the heat and postures of the first few classes challenging. It wasn’t long before he understood that yoga was both a physical and a mental exercise.
These days when work and life become complicated or overwhelming, the yoga studio is where calmness and solace can be found.
Anthony is a sympathetic teacher, who is continually inspired and motivated by the students. He hopes students will be compassionate to themselves and others. For the studio is a place where any judgment, comparison and inequality can be left behind.
Anthony has been practicing yoga since 2007. He completed his Modo training in Montreal in 2019 and Modo Flow training in March 2021.
