Catherine became studio manager in 2015. She first came to yoga as a means of cross training. She is an avid runner and needed to stretch. After trying several different styles of yoga but not quite finding the right fit, a friend suggested Modo Yoga. Once in the hot room she was hooked. The heat was intoxicating to her Mediterranean background. Over the years, her practice has evolved from more than a physical one to a deep inner awareness. The hot room helps her breathe and expand into herself. Now she says she can’t live without it.
