Jennifer has had a lifelong passion for fitness, sports and health. As a triathlete, she discovered that yoga could be an incredible asset to athletic performance and to avoid injuries. She soon realized that yoga could offer so much more in terms of overall well-being, stress management, strength and mobility. With the motivation to learn more about the power of mind and body connection, Jennifer completed an Ashtanga Yoga teacher training. Then, to complement the rigor of a traditional vinyasa practice, Jen also studied the practice of Yin Yoga. She aspires to help others discover how much yoga can enhance their lives and simply help feel balanced, connected and refreshed at the end of each practice.
