Tamatha has experienced, firsthand, the benefits of yoga for wellbeing, since 2000, and always considers herself a student first. As a student, she is passionate about her practice and her thirst for knowledge has led her to over 1000 + hours of certifications, including Pilates, RMT ( massage) and Medical Yoga Therapy. She believes in the goodness of the ancient traditions, but advocates a practice enriched in modern physiology.

Her classes are grounded in breath, while playfully giving students the freedom to explore their own uniqueness.
