Victoria A.


Victoria began her yoga journey when a friend introduced her to Ashtanga over 20 years ago. She quickly fell in love with the practice and continued to explore other lineages before traveling to Nicaragua in 2018 to complete her teacher training with Modo.

Yoga has helped Victoria overcome a lifelong battle with anxiety and depression and has enabled her to re-connect to her truest, most compassionate and authentic self. She believes in the healing power of the practice and is committed to helping others find peace and equilibrium though their own.
