Modo Flow

In this class the Modo sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Modo class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Modo series first.

Hot Flow

A vigorous and fun vinyasa practice that could be a little different every time.  Come try the fun!

Flow 2

This class takes place in the non-heated, upstairs studio and builds on the foundations learned in the Hot Flow Classes. It is an adventurous mixture of flow, breath work, and is a safe space to practice challenging postures. In this class you may have the opportunity to explore more advanced arm balances and inversions with the safety of smaller class size, and less slippery arms and legs!

This sequence will move a little slower with the opportunity to practice taking flight, and learning about it in a more workshop style setting. This class is open to everyone

Yin Yang Flow

A blend of movement and static postures which builds heat energy to target connective tissues, joints, bones and the nervous system to help release tension in the body, promoting strength and stamina.
