Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow and deep yoga practice that involves allowing our muscles to relax over long holds so that we can open and mobilize deeper tissues of our body. A variety of props may be used, blankets, pillows, and blocks are a wonderful tool to have nearby during this practice.Our Online classes run through Zoom give you a chance to connect with your community from a distance. Microphones are muted upon joining, and camera’s are optional, but give us a chance for direct cues and support! Teachers will also be live 15 minutes early, and around afterwards to chat and answer questions!
