Pre & Post Natal

Class Description:
The pre and post natal body can be a real challenge to navigate. Learning how to move it safely and connect breath with movement is key to ensuring a healthy pregnancy, an easeful labour and a quick recovery.
You can expect to learn:
Join our small group session to increase your knowledge not only on your body and breath but also on the pelvic floor, new breath techniques and how to move your new and changing body in each trimester.

ADVANCED FLOW

Class Description:
Take flight this fall! This small group session will guide you through a familiar and evolving yoga class. Each week we will add new elements to the practice, culminating in a final class where we combine everything together in a fun and inspiring way.
You can expect to learn:
Wrist health, Arm Balance alignment, Bandha practice (think core but a little deeper), Pranayama, and more. This series will have a mix of some workshop components, as well as vinyasa; as we learn to add more challenging shapes into our yoga practice.
Who would benefit from this series:
Anyone with a practice of flow, and a little curiosity! Hot Flow and Modo Flow are great foundations and we will take the familiarity, and uniqueness of them up a few levels during this series. ______________________________________

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Class Description:
Structured, goal-oriented workouts and the camaraderie of a group setting, designed to keep you accountable and inspired with workouts that address the specific needs and goals of the group.
You can expect to learn:
Proper Form, technique, and how to perform exercises with correct form to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury. Modifications and progressions will be tailored to your fitness level and goals, and a large range of workouts including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and functional movements.

Those who thrive in a more intimate setting, looking for a unique blend of community support and individualized coaching. ______________________________________
