Jill’s teaching style is all about creating a calm, introspective vibe that helps you tune in and connect with yourself—both on and off the mat. She loves guiding students to be present, grounded, and centered, with the hope that those feelings stick with you long after class is over. With over 20 years of yoga practice under her belt, Jill’s journey began in 2009 at Moksha Yoga in Kerala, India. Since then, she’s become a pro at teaching all kinds of yoga, from vinyasa flow to yin and adapted styles.

Beyond yoga, Jill holds a Master’s in Human Nutritional Science and has worked with ProteinMB, a cool initiative that’s all about advancing sustainable protein in Manitoba. After taking a little break, she’s beyond excited to return to the Modo Yoga community and share her wisdom with students once again.

When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, you’ll likely find Jill outside, paddling her way through her favorite outdoor activities. Whether it’s a kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddle board, she’s always up for a water adventure!
