Sari describes her teaching as “strong and slow, with attention on the breath.” She offers detailed alignment cues and creates space for students to shift awareness within. “Seeing students move together with breath is so cool,” she says. Beyond her extensive yoga teacher training, her professional credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and work as a sleep consultant. Her fun fact? “Seeing a dog with its head out the window always makes me smile.”
