Yoga Asana is a small piece of a much broader, holistic puzzle.
In this 2 hour workshop we'll explore the different pieces of that puzzle, going deeper into the 8 limbs of Yoga, understand the workings of the mind through a Yogic lens, and gain practical insights into how to weave this esoteric philosophy into our daily lives.
vikram will guide practitioners through deepening their understanding of Yoga and its roots, exploring key concepts inside Yoga Philosophy.
A notebook and pen, an open mind, and your curiosity.

Having grown up in India, vikram was always fascinated with the rich history and stories from Indian mythology, which were a big part of his childhood. His passion for mythology coupled with a new found love for Vedic and Yoga Philosophy has lead to further studies with various teachers in North America and India. vikram is currently on the YTT faculty for Modo Yoga International, where he teaches modules on the history of yoga along with the wisdom of the Yoga Sutra and Bhagavad Gita. He loves to share his culture and experience of growing up in India, and believes that all yogis at some point, should visit the birthplace of Yoga. To make this accessible to all yogis, he holds regular Yoga and Ayurveda retreats in India.
