By focusing on releasing and rehydrating fascia, this flow will tackle some of the common areas on tension, then retrain the tissue to lengthen, strengthen and fire more efficiently as well retrain the brain to own the new range of motion.
Since the tissues are all connected via the fascial system, working any part of the tissue channel will positively affect the rest of the chain.
A flow to help reduce pain, test our average range of motion, increase overall hydration to tissue for over all health and pliability.

If you have your own myofascial release balls, please bring 2 for practice. Kelly will have some to borrow.

Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 4 hour shift per week, either at the front desk or cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
