Teaches Modo, Restorative

While shyness held me back from trying yoga for years, I fell in love with the practice during my very first karma class. I initially most valued yoga for the ways it helped my body as a runner and as someone with mild scoliosis, but quickly came to appreciate the benefits of the practice for calming my “monkey mind”. I love the modo philosophy and community, and am passionate about sharing the practice with others. In addition to yoga, I love spending time with my husband, kids and puppy. Some of my favourite things include reading, puzzling, playing board games and being in the forest.
