• We have decided to keep the practice room socially distanced with 2 meters between yoga mats.
• Masks are no longer mandated by the government, but we still encourage everyone to wear a mask at the studio (masks can always be removed while practicing)
• We continue to follow and exceed all covid cleaning and disinfecting protocols at the studio.
• Everyone will need to confirm a self assessment verbally before entering the studio.
• Showers, lockers, mat and towel rentals are all back!
• Staring March 1st the Government of Ontario does not require proof of vaccination to enter establishments.
