Slow Flow at Modo Brant is designed to develop the shapes in a typical vinyasa styled class but really slow down. It provides a chance to not only become familiar with flow, but also to develop strength, stability, and to transition slowly between shapes. This class provides a chance to explore depth, as well as a chance to learn, without rush, the sun salutation and flow practice going at a slower pace. expect to challenge muscle groups as well as calm the nervous system.
