Sarah Ashley


Sarah has had a lifetime love of fitness, starting with taking gymnastics from the age of 6-16, specializing and eventually coaching floor exercise, which helped develop a love of music and dancing. As life went on she found the love for fitness continued but moved to leading group fitness classes.  Sarah loves the vibe and fun a group fitness class brings from the music to the camaraderie of exercising together, it brings a special energy she loves to share with others.  Over the past 15+ years she’s taught all types of group fitness including Pilates, Spinning, Step, Muscle toning, Zumba and of course, Barre.
