This girl is all fun and her classes promise to bring energy, beat, great tunes, and most certainly a laugh or two. Sarah is a certified pilates and Zumba instructor, she has her CanFit Pro, and she’s completed her 500 hour Modo Yoga certification. Her favourite class to teach is Barre and her style is fun, upbeat, challenging yet attainable. Aside from her Wednesday morning 6:15am barre classes, you’re most likely to bump into Sarah on a run around town, at a “little league” sporting event for one of her daughters, or on the dance floor (if it’s a different kind of weekend fun!).
