Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
Nope! Both the Modo Unlimited & Modo Limited Memberships do not have a minimum commitment and suspensions are available (30-90 days). If you need to cancel or suspend, just complete a request form 7 days before your next payment is due.
How often will I be charged?
You will be charged every 28 days.
When can I start using my memebership?
Your membership begins the day you sign up. Sign up for classes right away!
What's the difference between the Modo Limited and Modo Unlimited Memberships?
The Modo Limited grants access to 4 classes in 4 weeks, while the Modo Unlimited Membership has unlimited access to classes and other Membership Perks!
I'm a Modo Unlimited Member, how can I bring a buddy?
You can book a spot for a friend when reserving your class online. You just need your friend’s email address and they’ll receive a notification that they are in class. Our system will automatically track up to 2 buddy passes every 4 weeks, so you don’t have to.
Does the Cancellation Policy still apply if I'm a Member?
Yes. If you cancel 4 hours before class, you will avoid losing the class or being charged a no-show or late cancellation fee. See our Courtesy Policies for more details.
How can I cancel or suspend an auto-renewing membership?
We understand that life can get busy. If you need to cancel or suspend your membership, just fill out the form at least 7 days before your next payment is due. Easy as that!
