All students must preregister using the website or Modo Yoga App.
The $20 no show fee applies to all students.
$15 late cancel fee applies as follows:
Full year and autorenew members have 4 hours to cancel before late fees apply, 14 days prebooking.
All others have 12 hours to cancel before late fees apply with a 7-day prebooking.
The hot room is silent: no talking, no phones, no pictures or recordings are to be taken (except by the owner or designate), etc.
Arrive 10 min early.
We start and end classes on time, students late to class will not be admitted.
The door is locked when class starts and stays locked the duration of the class.
Students must stay in class for the duration of the class.
Lockers are available for Modo Yoga students.
Water filling station available as no bottled water sold.
Students are notified by email of any class changes or cancellations etc. Please make sure you have a working email on file, and you have selected we can send you emails.
If you are waitlisted for a class, you will be notified by email when you are entered to the class.
lululemon and all merchandise purchased has a 14 day return policy. Receipt required, cannot have been worn, all tags including the price tag must be attached.
Terms and Conditions for Auto-Renewing Memberships
All memberships are auto-renewing memberships require a two-month commitment
A minimum of 30 days ( the intro is 14 days to cancel) is needed to cancel and must be received by us in writing.
The membership fee is billed to your account approximately every 28 days
Management reserves the right to terminate the membership contract agreement with 30 days written notice.
Need to cancel right away? You can waive the 14 days notice and pay an early cancellation fee of $50.
Memberships are subject to up to 5% year over year increase.
Lakehead University Students are encouraged to buy our 3-month membership for $219.
Our Intro offer is call Intro Auto-Renew and is good for the 28 days after that it converts to the auto-renew membership and all the above conditions apply.
We require 14 days notice to cancel the intro pass.
The Intro Autorenew has a 12 hour cancellation policy and allows bookings up to 7 days ahead. Late charges apply of $15 and no show of $20.
