Devyna Stewart Brook

Devyna describes her classes in two ways: “Strong center in me, here is the way to get there, you carry life on. Soft center of me, there is a way to get here, life will carry you.  She loves watching colours, range of movement, rhythm, and wonder happen in her classes while people explore their bodies. She caught the teaching bug as she started to feel more free in her life and wanted so deeply to share that with her students. Devyna offers this curious fun fact: “I feel most relaxed in places where I hear many languages being spoken.”
