A sound bath is a powerful practice of rest, relaxation, and self-guided healing. It is a powerful technique that allows you to do important self-reflection that we don’t often find through a traditional yoga practice or modalities.

‘What I’m writing to you about is kind of weird and wonderful. Most of the cartilage in my right knee is gone, so I’m scheduled for partial knee replacement in December, but the knee usually behaves itself. Monday, though, it became really sore and stiff, unaffected by Tylenol, Advil, all the usual standbys. By Wednesday, I could hardly walk, and even sitting / lying down caused dull aches and pains.
When your sound bath began Wednesday night my shoulder (also a tender area) began to tingle, then the right knee just lit up with shooting pains, not typical at all. I mean, it hurt! This lasted on and off for the first 20 minutes, then by the end of the hour, the pain was GONE. For the next few days, I felt some tenderness, but nothing like before. Today I was able to walk a mile, which was miraculous, compared to a few days ago. Thank you.’

How can I join?
Our newest teachers are offering $15 community classes every Sunday at 10AM. These in-studio classes are to give them a chance to workout the kinks as they transition from student to teacher. Join us every Sunday.
Not ready to come to an in-person class? No worries you can come to this community class, or any of our classes virtually! Virtual classes are just $10 for one, or $80 for ten!

Our ambassadors are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 2 hour shift per week, cleaning the studio, ambassadors will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
