Outdoor Mini-Retreats

(RE)TREAT YOURSELF and join us outside for a half-day of yoga, meditation, learning, reflection and connection. Start the day with a pranayama practice, then a short coffee break before we move into the day’s yoga class. After lunch, our afternoon focuses on a conversation with Sara and Karl about summer and Traditional Chinese Medicine – bring your questions! Finally, we close with meditation.
