Debbie Lougheed

A teacher in the fitness industry for nearly 40 years, Debbie teaches with passion and transparency. She makes a point of being “genuine and sincere” and strives to be positive and uplifting. She enjoys sharing her love for movement and music in class: “Got a song, artist, or era you like? Just let me know and that playlist is there!” Debbie loves sharing what she had to eat before teaching a class or passing on a new idea she’s picked up on Instagram. “It always gets a chuckle,” she says, “and sharing is caring!”
