Studio Policy
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:
Need to cancel your membership? No problem. Please email us at info@modoyogabrampton.com to cancel your membership. We do require a 30-day notice to process the cancellation and an email communication is required. Sometimes, our front desk staff is occupied with multiple tasks and a verbal notice is not enough for us to process your request. If you need to cancel it sooner than your 3 month commitment, you will be charged an additional $50 fee and your membership will be cancelled effective immediately.
FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
If you don’t want to cancel your membership and keep your discounted membership rate, there is an option to place your account on hold. You can request to place the account on hold for up to two months in the year (two freezes in the span of a year are permitted). An email request must be sent to info@modoyogabrampton.com along with a re-activation date in order for us to process your freeze.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
In order for everyone to get the very most out of their experience with us, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with our Late Cancellation & No Show Policy below.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is available starting 14 days in advance and up to 5 minutes before class starts. If you pre-register for class, you are guaranteed a spot provided you arrive at least 5 minutes in advance. Latecomers not permitted. We close the studio doors 1-2 minutes before class begins. For the time being, we are allowing walk-ins/drop-ins and online pre-registration isn’t required for all classes yet. Please sign up for the Fit or Restorative classes ahead of time as they do book fast.
CLASS RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible – avoid leaving this to the last minute. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to 3 hours before class starts with no penalty. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to pick up the phone or check our voicemail in time, so please cancel your reservation online only.
LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW CHARGE
You can still “late cancel” less than 3 hours before class begins – your account will still be charged, but at least we get a heads up that you won’t be coming, so we can give the spot away to someone else. Everyone will receive ONE freebie and then will be charged $15 afterwards for each late cancellation.
Failing to cancel your reservation at all will result in a “No Show” and a $15 penalty fee. If something beyond your control happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know, and we will not charge the fee. Please note that No Show fees apply to everyone, even Members. Class pass holders will lose their class if we are unable to process the $15 fee.
WAITLIST
If the online pre-registration is full, you can register for the waitlist. This is only for online pre-registration. If someone cancels up one hour before class begins, the next person on the waitlist will be bumped in (and should receive an email letting them know). Emails may come up to one hour before class begins, so keep an eye on your Inbox (the email address that you use to login to your account with us is the one to watch!).
You are responsible for managing your waitlist reservations. If you are on the waitlist, but you reach a point when you’d be unable to come to class even if you were bumped in, please cancel your waitlist reservation.
SALES POLICY
ALL SALES OF SERVICES AND RETAIL ITEMS ARE FINAL. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ALL SERVICES MUST BE PRE-PAID. ALL RETAIL PURCHASES ARE FINAL – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ITEMS MAY BE EXCHANGED WITH A RECEIPT UP TO 2 WEEKS AFTER THE INITIAL PURCHASE DATE FOR STUDIO CREDIT ONLY.
