Jessica Pacey-Shelby

Jessica is devoted to Pilates, a lover of Yoga as well as a Breathwork enthusiest. She is a lover of dogs, a strong cup of coffee, and of a full bodied red wine.

Jessica has been a Massage Therapist for more than 20 years. It was through her training in therapeutic massage that she began learning about body work, anatomy, physiology, clinical studies, and human movement. Her interest in Yoga and Pilates peaked several years ago and she sought a way to strengthen her back and shoulders in order to keep up with the strength needed  in her career and life.. What started out as a desire for her own health and wellbeing birthed a new venture (many years ago) becoming a Pilates Instructor.

Don’t let all this massage, yoga, and breathwork create the wrong picture because Jessica is super talkative, high energy, and on the go. She has a friendly bubbly personality that creates a lighthearted approach to her work.

She hopes to bring her knowledge of the human body to this community and share her love for people. She sees each person as unique and has a profound passion for health.

After completing her training in Stott Pilates, she worked on the skill of teaching which blends her love of Yoga with the foundational principles of Pilates. Her classes will include yogic style, free movement, and breathwork. The focus of each class includes challenge, functional movement, stress reduction, tension release, and of course a little FUN!
