Meghan Forbes

 

Meghan began her yoga practice in 2017 and quickly fell in love. She discovered a state of moving meditation she found could be applied to all areas of her life. Meghan  completed her 200 hour teacher training in “The Flow Movement Method” and went on to study Yin, Trauma Sensitive, Restorative, and is currently studying her 300 hour yoga teacher training.

Since moving to Brantford, she immersed herself into the Modo Brantford community as a member and is excited to teach her community what she practices and share her knowledge.

Meghan is also a Certified Health Coach currently enrolled in ongoing holistic studies of Integrative Functional Nutrition related to gut health.

We are thrilled to continue to learn from each other and apply the knowledge and practice Meghan shares into our own experiences.
