Tania Maynes


Tania is a lifelong student who attended her first modo class 12+ years ago for the physical benefits and quickly fell in love with the unexpected mental benefits. Two of Tania’s greatest passions in life are learning and educating, both of which highly influence her teaching style. Tania’s passion for teaching yoga is made evident by her ever-present and often contagious smile. She finds joy in teaching playful classes that allow students to both safely explore yoga postures and decompress/de-stress. Tania finds peace and comfort in her yoga practice and thrives to teach classes that do the same for students. Tania approaches every class with a sense of curiosity and encourages her students to do the same.
