TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS
- We require at least 15 days notice in writing if you wish to cancel your membership. Please email us at: info@modoyogaetobicoke.com. We will send back a cancellation form that MUST be filled out and sent back in order to process cancellation.
- All memberships are auto-renewing, and require a minimum 3-payment commitment.
- Need to cancel right away? Our early cancellation fee is $200+HST if the client has not fulfilled the minimum commitment.
- Need to pause your membership? We offer 1-2 complimentary holds for up to a maximum of 6 weeks. Hold requests must be submitted via email at least 10 days prior to requested hold date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You must cancel your reservation at least 2 hour prior to class time to avoid incurring any penalty fees.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 2 hours prior to class, you will either lose the class if you are on a class pass or incur a $10+HST late cancellation fee if you are on a membership.
- If you do not show up for a class that you have reserved, you will incur a $20+HST no show penalty fee.
