We are pleased to let you know that we have $10 Drop-In Hot Yoga classes every weekday (Mon-Fri) @ noon (holidays & holiday weekends excluded). Please note however that the $10 Drop-In Pass for weekday noon classes can only be purchased in person (walk-in in advance of class time – up to half an hour prior – to join us). See you then!

Want to swing by and say hello? The best time to do that is during the 30 minutes before or after a class when there is guaranteed to be someone at the front desk. Please check our schedule and line your visit up accordingly.
Want to visit at another time? Please call ahead and make sure someone from our small and mighty front desk team is here to meet you, otherwise you may show up to find a locked door.
Street parking is available around the studio on 1st Street, 2nd Street, and Mahon Avenue. Because of our proximity to Lonsdale Quay and the Shipyards area, we recommend giving yourself extra time to find parking and make it in to class.
