Each day in April, you’re encouraged to move your body in a way that feels good to you.
Whether you choose to practice in the studio every day or find other creative ways to move your body, this is the perfect challenge to re-inspire the way you move. We’re encouraging you to practice 3-5 times a week in the studio. On your other days, move your body in any way that invigorates you. Aim for 30 minutes of dancing, riding your bike, play a sport, take a walk – the possibilities are limitless!
However you choose to move, you’ll get a sticker on our studio challenge board for each day that you intentionally move your body.
Book classes using your studio membership or class card. You can purchase a membership with no commitment just for the challenge! Simply remember that we require 1 week’s notice from upcoming billing to avoid an automatic renewal.
