Eden is a certified yoga instructor, with her love in creative vinyasa, yin and meditation classes. With her previous career in ballet and modern dance, she found yoga as a way to heal her body- which changed her mindset and life forever. Eden is passionate about releases in the body, enjoyment of life, and loving yourself as much as you can within every class. She is so excited to be joining you, and aiding to create a safe space of warmth, welcoming, and fun! She is also a certified gemologist if anyone has questions about stones they love.
