Robyn’s yoga journey began 12 years ago when she quickly fell in love with the mind/body connection that yoga offers. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, with over 500 hours of training in ashtanga, hatha/vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. Robyn brings a playful energy to every class she teaches with dynamic and creative sequences. Whether a strong vinyasa practice or a slow yin class, students are encouraged to challenge themselves, listen to their bodies and most of all, have fun!
