Free 7-Day Online Series: Accessible through Modo Yoga Online, this series offers a perfect starting point for beginners to learn the basics of Modo Yoga in a supportive and accessible way, from the comfort of their own home.
Series Overview:Â Over the course of a week, participants will:
Learn the Fundamentals:Â Understand the core principles and foundational postures of Modo Yoga through accessible 20-minute virtual classes.
Explore Modifications:Â Discover how to modify postures to suit their bodies and use props to enhance their practice.
Connect Breath and Movement:Â Experience the powerful connection between breath and movement.
Build Strength and Flexibility:Â Develop strength, balance, and flexibility with targeted sequences designed to prepare them for a full Modo Yoga class.
Prepare for the Hot Room:Â Get ready for their first class in the hot room with practical tips on hydration, attire, and acclimating to the heat.
Join us on Friday evenings for a Modo Class that gives back! This class is by donation only (no class passes). We ask everyone do Pay what you can towards a donation to a local charity or fundraising event or a global environmental cause, depending on what our focus is! This is a wonderful way to make Modo classes accessible and affordable for all! We suggest a $10 donation but will accept any amount you choose to donate. Sometimes we will take clothing, non perishables, menstrual products etc.

This is a reduced heat Modo class for ages 12 – 16. We have built a little community and it’s growing! We love welcoming them onto their mats!
Classes are Wednesdays at 8:30pm and Sundays at 1pm.

Mamas and babies, Tuesday mornings at 9:30am we have Mindful Mornings for you and baby! These sessions will include a safe cozy space for you and your little to gather in community with other moms and babies! We will have hot tea, meaningful discussion, mindful moments of stretch and relaxation.
These classes will be run by Christa Mabee and/or Haley Bowler-Cook and will be different each week depending on the needs of the Moms and babies who come!
You can use class card, membership, or drop in for a single session, OR sign up for all 4 classes for $70!
