We have 25 spots in studio. Some classes may be waitlisted. If this happens please still sign up for the waitlist. You are likely to be moved into class.  If you are moved into class from the waitlist you will be notified by email. Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 3 hours cancellation prior to class. There is a $20 no show/late cancel fee (this does not apply to staying home because you are unwell but we do ask that you cancel asap in that case to make room for others). Although we always recommend pre registering for classes, with our increased capacity you can just show up for class and are very likely to have a spot available! Come on in, we are here for you 🙂

Showers ARE available, $2 rentals (mats. towels, bolsters/covers) ARE available, props (blocks, straps) ARE available.
