ACTIVATION DATE: Your Credit Package Name activates on Agreement Date.This pass can be used at West Island for IN-STUDIO and OUTDOOR classes. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
EXPIRATION DATE: Class cards have no expiration date.
CONDITIONS: The (Credit Package Name) has no holds, extensions, or transfers. If it is not used within 2 years or more, an ADJUSTMENT FEE may apply for any remaining classes, equal to the difference between your initial purchase price and the current rate.
GUEST INTRO PASSES: To help you create your yoga community, introduce your friends to yoga for free. You have unlimited Guest Intro Passes available. Guest Intro Passes are for people who have never been to the studio or have not attended class in over a year. Email us at Location Email to reserve.

Credit Packages Studio Guidelines and Reservation Policy
We want to highlight some items from our studio guidelines to maintain the peace and enjoyment of our studio and classes.
CLASSES START ON TIME: To respect everyone’s time, we start the classes at the scheduled time. We highly recommend ARRIVE EARLY. Doors are always open 30 minutes before class. We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. If you arrive less than 5 minutes before the class, you are considered late and may not be permitted to attend. Late arrivals are not permitted in class.
RESERVATIONS: You can make your class reservations via the app or website from your account associated with your email.
CANCELLING RESERVATIONS: Please cancel your reservation 24 hrs in advance through your APP or website. However, we know that life happens. To avoid any penalty charges, we have a 3-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW. You may cancel your class reservation online or on your app up to 3 hours before the start of class without penalty. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.
RESERVATION POLICY FEES: Due to class capacity restrictions, we have a No-Show/Late-Cancellation policy. You may cancel your class reservation online or on your app up to 3 hours before the start of class without penalty. Cancel directly from your account on the app or website (Do not cancel via phone, email, or online messaging).
Missed Reservation Fee:
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation less than 3 hours before class starts
- No-Show: If you register for a class and do not show up
- Penalty Fee: You will be charged for the class. In the event of an emergency or something reasonable beyond your control, please email Location Email for consideration for a 1-time courtesy refund.

Intro Special
ACTIVATION DATE: Your billing date is Agreement Date. However, your Contract Name activates on the (date of first use). This pass can be used at West Island for IN-STUDIO and PARK classes. The Contract Name is NOT auto-renewing, which means you will not be charged again moving forward, and there is nothing you need to cancel.
EXPIRATION DATE: This pass expires 3 weeks from (your first use): no holds, no extensions, non-transferable and no refunds.
GUEST INTRO PASSES: Introduce your friends to yoga for free to help you create your yoga community. You have unlimited Guest Intro Passes available. Guest Intro Passes are for people who have never been to the studio or have not attended class in over a year. Email us at (Location Email) to reserve.

Look at our flexible class card options at the end of your Introductory Special if you want to practice 1/month. If you prefer a more regular schedule or 2-3/week, our best value is our auto-renew.

ACTIVATION DATE: Your Contract Name activates on the date of first use. Please ensure that your credit card is current and you have sufficient funds.
VACATION: You can request to suspend your membership for up to 30 days once per year. Additional time/suspensions can be added for a $20 fee. Suspension requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days in advance of the suspension period start date by emailing Location Email.

CANCELLING AUTO-RENEW: There are no cancellation fees. Please provide 3 weeks’ notice to cancel an auto-renew. Please note that you cannot sign back at the current rate once cancelled.
MEDICAL SUSPENSIONS: If you require a suspension for medical reasons such as illness or injury, please email us at (email) with a doctor’s note.

If there are price increases to the Contract Name, the current price is guaranteed for 1 year from the increased price.

EXPIRATION DATE: This is a recurring monthly auto renew membership. The Contract Name expires 1 year. After 1 year, if you are still a full-time student, contact us to renew your discounted membership.
