CONDITIONS: This is an introductory offer and is only available to those who have never attended a class at Modo Yoga West Island.

EXPIRATION DATE: This pass expires 3 weeks from (your first use): no holds, no extensions, non-transferable and no refunds.

CLASSES START ON TIME: To respect everyone’s time, we start the classes at the scheduled time. We highly recommend ARRIVE EARLY. Doors are always open 30 minutes before class. We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. If you arrive less than 5 minutes before the class, you are considered late and may not be permitted to attend. Late arrivals are not permitted in class.

RESERVATIONS: You can make your class reservations via the app or website from your account associated with your email. Due to class capacity restrictions, please cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance without penalty. You can cancel directly from your account on the app or website (Do not cancel via phone, email, or online messaging). In the event of an emergency or something reasonable beyond your control, please email us.

AUTORENEW MEMBERSHIPS

AUTORENEW UNLIMITED (FULL-TIME)

ACTIVATION DATE: Your Autorenew Membership activates on the date of first use. Please ensure that your credit card is current and you have sufficient funds.

CONDITIONS: This is a recurring monthly auto-renew membership. This pass can be used for all in-studio classes on our regular schedule. Autorenew memberships have no extensions and are non-transferable. If there are price increases to the Autorenew Membership, the current price is guaranteed for 1 year from the increased price.

CANCELLING AUTO-RENEW: There are no cancellation fees. Please provide 3 weeks notice to cancel an auto-renew. Please note that you cannot sign back at the current rate once cancelled.

SUSPENSIONS: You can request to suspend your membership twice a year for a yearly total of 30 days. Suspension requests must be submitted by email at least 7 business days in advance of the suspension period start date by emailing info@modoyogawestisland.com.

This pass can be used for all classes on our regular schedule. There are no extensions and it is non-transferable. If there are price increases to the autorenew membership, the current price is guaranteed for 1 year from the increased price.

CONDITIONS: This is a recurring monthly autorenew membership. The Autorenew Daytime Membership can be used for all classes on our regular schedule, weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 2 pm. This pass can be used for all classes on our regular schedule. There are no extensions and it is non-transferable. If there are price increases to the autorenew membership, the current price is guaranteed for 1 year from the increased price.

EXPIRATION DATE: This is a recurring monthly auto renew membership. The Autorenew Student Membership expires after 1 year. After 1 year, if you are still a full-time student, contact us to renew your discounted membership.

CLASS CARDS

APPLIES TO ALL “CREDIT” PACKAGES

ACTIVATION DATE: Your Credit Package activates on the date of purchase. This pass can be used at Modo Yoga West Island for regular in-studio classes.

CONDITIONS: Credit Packages have no holds, extensions, refunds or transfers. If not used within 2 years or more, an ADJUSTMENT FEE may apply for any remaining classes, equal to the difference between your initial purchase price and the current rate.

**Promotional credit packages must be used within a 3 or 6 month period from the date of purchase (see your agreement at time of purchase). An ADJUSTMENT FEE may apply for any remaining classes, equal to the difference between your initial purchase price and the current rate in order to reinstate your classes.**

BOOKING FOR A FRIEND: You can use your credits from your credit package to book for a friend. You reserve the class for your “guest” in the app or on the website (Their email is required). You remain responsible for this class – our booking and cancellation policies still apply.

Class cards are not shareable. You can book for someone, as many times as you like on your card, but it is always YOUR class card.

CONDITIONS: Unlimited memberships have no refunds, holds, extensions, or transfers. Packages expire in 2 years from the activation date. If not activated within 2 years from the date of purchase or has not been used in full from the activation date, an adjustment fee may apply for any remaining time, equal to the difference between your initial purchase price and the current rate.

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION

• Taxes are not included in advertised prices.
• We accept payment by cash, debit, Visa, Amex and MasterCard (we also accept Visa Debit for in-studio purchases only – our online card processor doesn’t support this payment method).
• Receipts will be issued automatically via email.
• All membership fees are non-refundable, non-shareable and non-transferable.
  
  
  
• We do not take pre-registrations by phone or email. 
• You must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the class start time in order to retain your spot. If there is a waiting list, we will begin liberating reserved spots at this point and no refunds will be issued.
• If you have registered for a class, but you are unable to make it, you must cancel your booking no later than 3 hours prior to class start time or a penalty fee and/or loss of credit will be applied (See membership type for details).

PROMOTIONS
Periodically, promotions will be emailed to our students and/or advertised via social media. Typically these promotions are available for a short duration.
Once the stated deadline for purchase is over, we are no longer able to honour the promotion.If you purchase a promotional class card, it will have an expiration date. If the class card expires before all classes have been used, you may pay the difference in cost between the promotional price and the current price (non discounted price) and then use the remainder of the card.
