Jenn Stanley

Yoga Instructor

Jenn found her way to her mat at Modo Hamilton in 2013 after receiving a free class pass. From there, she built a regular practice when she discovered the calming effect yoga had both during class, and in all aspects of her life. As a natural progression of her practice, she graduated from her first yoga teacher training June 2018, and since then she has accumulated over 1000 hours of training in a variety of yoga styles and related disciplines.
