Yoga Instructor

Jenn found her way to her mat at Modo Yoga Hamilton in fall 2013 after receiving a free class pass. From there, she built a regular practice when she discovered the calming effect yoga had not just in class, but in all aspects of her life. As a natural progression of her practice, she graduated from a 200 hour teacher training program in June 2018, and then promptly completed Yin and Restorative courses and Myofacial Release training. Jenn is grateful for the friendships she has gained through yoga.
