Full Body Conditioning Class taught by Maryse from Focus On Fitness:
This class is an intensive workout designed to help you build overall strength using your own body as resistance, with a big focus on core and stabilizers. Expect some of these classes to have a bigger focus on fitness by incorporating lots of cardio and endurance work. This class is perfect to help build your practice while keeping your body well-balanced, aligned, and injury free!
