Born and raised in Niagara, with a background in Sociology and a passion for helping those in need, I try to bring a nurturing and approachable vibe to my yoga classes. When I discovered yoga, it was like coming “home”, it was a place where I felt completely and utterly myself and was finally able to be present for life’s moments. My aim is to make my students aware of the common thread that unites us all together, both on and off the mat. I received my = training in classical Hatha style yoga while traveling in India, and love to weave elements of pranayama and meditation throughout my classes.
