Yin

The Yin class is an amazing way to stretch out and relax. A perfect compliment to your Modo and Flow classes, in Yin we hold stretches for 5-10 minutes and get deep into the connective tissues of the body. Yin increases flexibility and focus, and targets tendons, ligaments and fascia. This class is practiced in a warm room. Studio blocks and straps are available for support, students are encouraged to BYO-Bolster!
