MOM & BABY YOGA: Thursdays at 1:30-2:30pm => Spring  & Summer sessions are CANCELLED

✨WHY: Prenatal Yoga=>Alignment, posture, relaxation, mindfulness and strengthening will all help prepare you for labor and delivery of your little one.
Mom & Baby Yoga=> A gentle yet challenging yoga class for mom and baby together! We involve Baby in some of our balance and strengthening asanas, as well as                       incorporating some Mom-only postures and poses to strengthen the body and promote relaxation.
