A great complement to your regular yoga practice! This fun, breath-centred, strength-based, mindful fitness class uses resistance bands and blocks to strengthen your body dynamically. Based in therapeutic exercise, this class can be modified to create more or less intensity and is suitable for all levels. Room is set between 28-30 degrees.
