Laura started her Modo Yoga journey in Nanaimo in 2012. She completed her first Modo teacher training in February 2014, and has since done trainings in Modo Flow, Yin Yoga, Modo Fit, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Kids Yoga. Yoga is a valuable healing tool for Laura, and she continues to discover the importance of mindfulness, breath, and awareness both on and off the mat. Her classes are thoughtful, clear, and centred around giving each student the support they need to benefit from the practice. Laura teaches in Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and sometimes Squamish – and has been a guest teacher in St. John’s, NL, and Calgary, AB.
