WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Yoga mat + large towel
- Filled water bottle (or 2)
- Props you may need (block, strap, bolster for Yin)
- Your mask (required everywhere but on the mat!)
- Wear comfy light clothing for class
- Arrive no more than 10-15 min before class
- Preregister online for classes - no walk-in spaces
- No mat or towel rentals for the time being
- No use of showers for the time being
- Min age is 16-17 years old - with parental consent by email
Teacher Training
The Modo teacher training is for anyone who is looking to deepen and expand their yoga practice, live and learn in community, have tons of fun and become a 500 hour certified yoga teacher.

Inspired by our Be Accessible Pillar, our Energy Exchange Ambassador program helps support the growth of yoga practice, regardless of financial situation, with the integration of new friends and a deeper connection to community.
At MYSJ, we understand that yoga can be a luxury that not everyone can afford. Our Energy Exchange Ambassador program allows people to exchange their time for a short, set shift every week to clean and help out around the studio so that finances are no reason to not practice!
Our Ambassadors are an integral part of the community and their dedication is what makes the studio shine bright, inside & out. Ambassadors get access to attend yoga classes, discounts on workshops + retail, plus lots of other awesome perks!
