Carolyn started practicing Modo Yoga in 2014 when she developed some sciatic pain. She enjoyed all the mental and physical benefits that the practice brought, so she decided to pursue the teacher training in 2016. The one month long training provided a platform for her to deepen her practice, and soon she realized how much she loved sharing and learning about her practice together with others. Carolyn started teaching Modo in 2017, and has since expanded her teaching to Flow classes. Currently, Carolyn continued her daily practice, and her favourite shape is wild thing.
