GUEST PASSES

Unlimited guest passes for friends and family. All guests must be brand new to MYBW. Please ask your guest to Create an Account in advance of their visit for a smooth sign-in experience for all.

 

TRAVELER’S PASS

Pick up your Traveler’s Pass at the front desk and practice for free at any Modo Yoga studio worldwide (80+ studios). You may enjoy up to 5x Traveler’s Passes per year, up to 14 days each.

 

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP DISCOUNTS

Community Partners receive a special MYBW family discount, details are communicated on your monthly e-receipt. (Not receiving your e-receipts? Log in to your account > click ‘MY INFO’ > Communication Preferences ‘ and opt in for ‘Account Management’ and ‘Reminders’ e-mails). 

 

DISCOUNTS

Members get 10% off our regularly priced boutique pieces (eye-pillows, massage balls, yoga mats, guru yoga towels, electrolytes) and special discounts at our pop-up shop fundraisers, workshops, special events, and private series.

 

30-DAY CHALLENGES

Every spring, autumn, and winter our studio runs a studio-wide 30-Day Challenge at a discounted rate to support students in recommitting to their practice or deepening their daily commitment. Members do not need to pay any additional fees to participate.

 

BIRTHDAYS

Bring a friend with you to class for free and you both receive complimentary rentals as our birthday gift to you. Valid with 7 days of your birthday.

 

PROMOTIONS 

Twice a year, we offer special promotional memberships. You’re welcome to switch if you’d like (this means your current contract expires and we’ll initiate the new promo contract, under the promotional rate).

 

UPDATE INFO

Update your personal information if you move, get a new credit card or change your phone number/email address. Login to your Account.

 

ONE MONTH SUSPENSION

Suspend your Membership 1x per 12-month period, up to 30 days. To suspend e-mail Reception 10 days in advance so we can ensure your suspension is set before your departure. Don’t worry if your fees are charged confirms, it all comes out in the wash and you never pay for any days that are suspended (the system will backdate and rejig your next payment).

 

HEALTH HOLD

If you are experiencing a medical reason why you’re unable to practice, or you’re pregnant unable to practice, please e-mail us. We are a heart-based business and wish to support you.

 

AVOID LATE FEES

Your billing is set to an auto-pay schedule, we will charge your account on the same day of the month, every month. If your credit card was lost/stolen/expired and is being replaced, please visit the studio and pay cash to avoid disruption to your unlimited service.

If your credit card is declined, the autopay schedule will continue to charge your credit card every night for one week. If after 7x attempts your credit card is not successful, there is an automatic $20 Late Fee and your unlimited service is suspended until your fees have been paid.

Please communicate with us if you require extra time to pay your fees (up to one week). We will wave the $20 late fee and adjust your payment schedule, 1x annually.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

To cancel, we require a minimum of 30-days written notice in advance of your final payment.

  • In other words, 60 days in advance of your last day
  • Your contract is open-ended and will never expire unless you cancel in writing
  • If you cancel before your the minimum number of payments has been met, a $100-$200 Early Cancellation Fee is applied
  • Cancellation notices cannot be applied retroactively

E-mail reception to cancel your contract; we will reply acknowledging the cancellation has been received and our Member’s Advisor will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the date of your last payment, and last day of your unlimited service.
