Class Types

There is a class for everyone at Modo Yoga - from beginners to advanced students. Based on the therapeutic and traditional teachings of yoga, classes are fun, accessible and challenging. All classes are held in a heated room (98F and 35% humidity) unless otherwise noted.

Modo Series

Are you ready to take your first class at a Modo Yoga studio but not sure which class to take? Our Modo Class is a great place to start! All Modo Yoga Classes are built on the foundation of our Modo Series, which is the sequence of postures and breathing exercises students move through during a Modo Class. A typical Modo Class has about 40 postures - each class is designed to open, strengthen and relax the entire body.

Floor Series

The focus of the floor series is to strengthen the upper body muscles, abdominal muscles, joints, and spine.
