Ciarize strives to improve herself and others around her though yoga and living a healthy lifestyle. Through teaching she hopes to share what yoga has to offer and what it has done for her life. Yoga has been a vessel in helping her see herself and others in different lights and believes everyone finds yoga at the right moment in their life. She has been practicing yoga for the last nine years and has been teaching since 2012. Her styles of yoga include, Modo, Modo Flow and Vinyasa.
