Teacher

Erin (she/her) first stepped into a yoga studio almost 20 years ago and has been practicing ever since! Her practice has been integral to healing chronic pain and has been a key pillar to her mental health. She believes a yoga practice has the potential to support the wellbeing of everyone and anyone and encourages folks to keep individuality, curiosity, and play in mind when stepping on their mat! Erin believes the sense of community and the mind/body awareness that a Modo practice provides can be truly life changing. When Erin isn’t at the studio, she is either working as an award-winning Holistic Nutritionist, playing at the ceramic studio, or frolicking in the forest!
