What do you love about teaching?
I love making a difference!! It is so important for me to give students the best experience I can. I notice movement and make suggestions, discussing postures before or after class. Connecting with breath and noticing the differences in the body both during and after practice are important factors to the overall experience.
What yoga trainings have you completed?
Modo Level 1 Nicaragua, Modo Flow Montreal, Modo Fit Burnaby, Modo Calm, and Trauma Informed Yoga with Burnaby Family Life.
What Modo Pillar do you connect with the most?
Be Accessible. No matter where you are in your journey, whether that is emotional, physical or psychological, there is always space to explore within our Modo community.
What do you do besides teaching yoga?
I have 2 super cute dogs, Willow and Charlie. We spend a lot of time outdoors hiking and exploring with them. I also been learning how to play golf over the last few years. Eventually I will get better!
What’s your favourite after yoga treat?
One of my favourite restaurants – Les Faux Boirgeois! Always amazing service!
